Very disappointed in this app. Thought the new and improved version for 2016 would be great. Wrong. I want to see if my local store has an item in stock!!! When I check to see what local stores are around it says they are closed even though the opening hours are displayed and store should be open. I want to see lots of refining options comparisons.

This app makes me not want to even shop at staples anymore. I am a business owner, and had purchased thousands a year from staples. I will be sourcing my products elsewhere.

This app doesnt answer the basic question that everyone who uses it has in their mind: is the product I want to buy currently in stock at my local Staples store? Tip for Staples app developers: check the Canadian Tire app out for an example of what you should aspire to.

How can a big, well-known chain have such a terrible online/tech presence. This app barely works, doesnt tell how much stock is in store and error messages pop up constantly. Even their website wont tell you whats in stock. I just wanted to know if I could get an item in store, but boy is this making me think ordering from Amazon and waiting a few days would just be much easier. Absolutely terrible online service

When I tried to pay for a product using applepay the app tells me their is something wrong with the address but that is not case as Ive been able to use applepay on other apps with that same address successfully

I hope staples is completely embarrassed by this app. Terrible search functionality. Overall unusable
