Staples fails at websites and apps

How can a big, well-known chain have such a terrible online/tech presence. This app barely works, doesnt tell how much stock is in store and error messages pop up constantly. Even their website wont tell you whats in stock. I just wanted to know if I could get an item in store, but boy is this making me think ordering from Amazon and waiting a few days would just be much easier. Absolutely terrible online service
