Every single time I forget how bad this app is I accidentally try to use it and quickly regret it. This thing insists on asking for my Postal Code each and every time I run it. It wants my Postal Code in A#A#A# format but every Canadian knows the Canadian Postal Code is A#A #A#. From there the program just gets worst. The only reason I keep this on my phone is the hope that they will hire a real programmer and release an app that works. Until then this is garbage wasting space.

Have to type it every flippin time I start the app. I only have the app hoping they do an update and employ location services.

Opens with prompt for postal code and goes downhill from there

Took me more then 10 mins to open the home page after just a blank screen, and continuous loading, when I finally got to the home it wouldnt even let me search a product or view and other feature. Hope they resolve the many bugs they currently have.

Used to be a great app when checking availability at my local store. Who ever thought the new update was a good idea should be taken out back and beaten with a stick.

It does what I want, finds articles and gives me a price. Alas the menu is stuck on French and wont switch. The interface is english. Cest drôle ça.

If I could give negative stars I would. This should be held up as an example of how not to do an app.

Store locator is painful and seldom works correctly.

I know lets ask the user Every Single Rotten Twisted Time what there postcode is each time they use the app, and Not allow them to use the app if the dont give it. Wow who thought of that? Heres an idea lets invent Location services or maybe get it to remember the last postcode I stinking rotten entered, even better get an adult with half a brain to rewrite the hole app from scratch or even better maybe a gold fish. Gold fish have a 5 second memory, get it? or even get........

This app takes forever to load, the menus across the bottom are in French despite selecting English as the language of choice. And lately I get an error message every time I load the app - in French!! Loved the old website, wish the app was more reliable and useful - I would definitely use it if it were!!!

Trying to scroll down having to hit the more button is the most stupid thing Ive ever seen ends up hitting another section on the website menu bar in the bottom. If you click on the product and still want to search your on able to go back to rake to the beginning,

One of the biggest joke of the app store. Doesnt work, just keeps loading forever. Useless and unfortunate for a big name like Staples.

wow pathetic. i was going to buy an office chair from staples tonight but now i will be going somewhere else after seeing this pathetic excuse of an app by a big name company. never stepping inside another staples again

I downloaded the app recently while I was out shopping. The Staples location I was at didn’t have stock of the item I was shopping for so I thought that I could download the app to quickly find other locations near by. Boy was I wrong! This horrible, horrible app is completely unusable.

Staples Management should take a look at this app. I ask for the weekly flyer & it takes me to the website of a marketing company.

Not worth the download. Does absolutely nothing but hang up. I wouldnt have even given it one star

Pretty worthless. It basically sends you to the website for everything. It doesnt even use the GPS to know where you are and makes you enter your postal code every time you use it. Really pointless. Dont bother.

Out of all the store apps Ive downloaded this is by far the worst. Its slow and almost useless
