Tried this app on my iPad and is really an old iPhone app in that it did not even utilize the screen real estate and does not fill the entire screen. Also it only works in portrait mode not in landscape. As for response, it is sluggish and when searching items does not provide ways to refine the search or to change the display into a grid format. When looking at the flyers, it is nothing more than a web portal for the flyers. At least in a browser it fills the entire screen.

This app is a junk. Their web sites are bad. App is even worse. Good store though.

Ok, I go to view your flyer, and some baloney shows up, something about digital marketing solutions; excuse me? You actually expect me to filter through this garbage? Pretty sad that I have to view your flyer through another app. Dont worry, Ill be deleting yours.

There is no back button????!!!! Dont waste your time. Its better to use mobile version website.

App is stuck in loading mode. Nothing happens when I click it. Cannot delete it either. Because its stuck in loading mode there is no delete option!

Dumb as a post. Must enter postal code each access. Pathetic.

The app isnt very reliable and has a poor format, staples certainly isnt making more happen with this app

Unusable in ios9; this app is over two years old. Im surprised a major brand like Staples doesnt support its own shopping app. Abandoned.

"That was easy" does not apply to this app - what a piece of junk. I wanted to find out the hours of a store close-by and it couldnt even do that - the locate a store isnt like others where it uses your current location and presents stores near you. Nope - you have to type in you Province, City and Postal Code and then when you click on search NOTHING happens. Hey Staples you lost a sale here and will continue to loose my sales.

This is a perfect example of how NOT to make an app. An absolutely terrible app in every regard. I like the Store but this app is pure torture to attempt to use at every turn. Simply awful. Deserves full Minus 10 stars if ever an app did. Complete garbage. (Doesnt anyone test this crap before they release it? Staples?? Hello???) Hey Staples, how about you actually "Make It Easy!". (Ya think?) After all, that IS the company motto is it not? Well, it WAS once upon a time. If youre trying to drive customers away in pure frustration, this app is a perfect way to do it.

This app is terrible. You cant even set your location when youve installed the app, so you have to manually search your location everytime! Since when do you have to enter a password to set your favorite products? Best Buy doesnt even require that! Just installing your app is credential enough! Pretty unusable app, youre better using Safari than installing this.. Going back to Best Buy.

App does not function at all. Click on find products just blank page. Banging my head against a wall is more productive than this app.

Your new Staples app is lacking a lot of features. In future updates you should have a Safari in app browser so you dont have to leave the app every time you link into Staples.ca. As well where is the access to your weekly flyer. I enjoyed the old version, but the new one could be great if these features were added

What about the scan feature? It was a good productivity tool for your employees... And I know what Im talking about... Im an employee! Waiting for the next update...

Still useless. No Ipad friendly version. Cant check store stock.

The app doesnt install not being deleted. Its stuck with a bug in it. Try to avoid.

Where to start. (the good) - Quick to respond to your selection, very fast - Red dots indicating working so you know the apps not frozen - New logo for the corp/brand (oversized) "S", catches the eye even on iOS device (the bad) - Crashes more than 50% of the time (at start up/search/refine search/links) inconsistent where/what causes crashes - No more weekly sale Flyers - - (the ugly) - Many selections want to open "External Link" outside the safety of the app. Im expecting to see "fleabay" or "mamazon" header when I allow the external link to proceed. No worries though, it crashed on everyone I tried so Im left without closure. - New logo for the corp (oversized) "S", which is confusing as Charmin doesnt start with an "S". In closing....your app developers...break the contract...stop outsourcing it...you get what you pay for. Chalk it all up to a learning experience and start from scratch...
